Mel presents a variety of workshops and seminars regarding the goal setting process - sales - customer service - as well as individual one on one coaching, designed to take you to the next level in all areas of life, by overcoming the obstacles that limit success.

With over 25 years of experience, VisionStar Enterprises is aware of the number of problems facing today’s organizations. Melvin J. Richardson - CEO

Melvin J. Richardson, MBA is CEO of VisionStar Enterprises, motivational speaker, consultant, visionary, author, and coach. Mel’s presentation is dynamic, humorous, upbeat, and designed to put you on the road to success! Mel graduated from Ashland University with a B.S. in Business Administration, management and marketing. Mel also received his MBA in Executive Management from Ashland University. Mel has worked in the credit and collection industry for over 25 years with various financial institutions. With a vast amount of experience in management, credit, collections, bankruptcy law, fair debt collection practices, world class customer service, bank products and services, checking accounts, savings accounts, certificate of deposits, and project management.
